Day 1
Arrive Auckland
Transfer to your hotel. Afternoon at the Sky Tower and the Viaduct harbour.

Day 2
Auckland to Rotorua
Drive south via the Waitomo glowworm caves. Evening Maori cultural performance and hangi dinner.

Day 3
Rotorua
Te Puia geothermal valley and the Pohutu geyser, the Agrodome farm show, and the Polynesian spa.

Hobbiton and to Auckland
The Hobbiton movie set at Matamata, then back north for the evening.

Auckland to Christchurch
Fly to the South Island. Afternoon in the Botanic Gardens and punting on the Avon.

Day 6
Christchurch to Queenstown
Drive through the Mackenzie country past Lake Tekapo and Mount Cook. Overnight Queenstown.

Milford Sound
A long day through the Homer Tunnel into Fiordland, with a cruise below Mitre Peak.

Queenstown
Skyline gondola and luge, the Shotover jet, and an optional bungy at the Kawarau bridge.

Arrowtown and Wanaka
The old gold-mining town, the Gibbston valley wineries and the lake at Wanaka.

Depart Queenstown
Transfer to the airport.
