Our rates come from direct hotel contracts and consolidator inventory. Where a public rate is genuinely cheaper, we will tell you and book that instead.

Connecting rooms, high floor, away from the lift, early check-in, anniversary setup. We put them in writing to the hotel and reconfirm before arrival rather than ticking a box in a form.

Free-cancellation options
Where the property offers it, we default to a refundable rate so your plans can move. Non-refundable rates are only used when you have asked for the saving.

Yes. Hotel-only bookings are a normal part of what we do, domestic and international.

Send us the link. If it is the same room, same dates and same cancellation terms, we will match it or tell you honestly to book it there.
