Travel Insurance
Cover that matches the trip, explained before you buy it.
What you get
Our promise
The right cover at the best available premium, with the exclusions explained upfront.
Reachable 24/7 — every day of the year. If we cannot beat a genuine like-for-like quote, we will tell you so rather than waste your time.
Most travel insurance is bought without being read. We place cover from established insurers and walk you through what is actually covered — medical limits, cancellation, baggage, adventure activities and pre-existing conditions — before you pay for it.
-
Matched to the destination
Schengen countries require a minimum medical cover to grant the visa. The USA needs far higher limits than Thailand. We set the policy to the country, not to a default.
-
Adventure activities
Trekking above a certain altitude, scuba, skiing and bungee are excluded from standard policies. If your trip includes them, we add the rider.
-
Pre-existing conditions
These need declaring, and often a specific plan. We would rather ask the awkward questions now than have a claim rejected later.
-
Claims support
If something happens, we help you assemble and file the claim. We are not the insurer, but we know what documentation they will ask for.
Questions
Before you ask
-
Is insurance compulsory?
For Schengen and several other visas, yes. Everywhere else it is optional and we still strongly recommend it — a single hospital night abroad can exceed the cost of the trip.
-
Can I buy it after booking flights?
Yes, but buy it early. Trip-cancellation cover only works for events that happen after the policy starts.
-
Does it cover flight delays?
Most plans cover delays beyond a stated number of hours, and missed connections. The thresholds vary, and we will show you them.
