Day 1
Arrive Amman
Transfer to your hotel. Evening walk through downtown and the Citadel viewpoint.

Day 2
Jerash and Amman
North to Jerash — colonnaded streets, two theatres, a hippodrome. Afternoon at the Roman Theatre back in Amman.

Day 3
Amman to Petra
Down the King's Highway via Madaba's mosaic map and Mount Nebo. Evening arrival at Petra.

Day 4
Petra
Through the Siq to the Treasury at opening time, then the Royal Tombs and the climb to the Monastery. A full day, and it needs one.

Day 5
Petra to Wadi Rum
A second short morning at Petra for what you missed, then into Wadi Rum. Jeep tour across the sand, dinner and a night in a Bedouin camp.

Day 6
Wadi Rum to the Dead Sea
North to the lowest point on earth. An afternoon floating, and the mud if you want it.

Depart Amman
Transfer to Queen Alia airport.
